The Revs still need to get past Joe Public FC (Trinidad & Tobago) in the preliminary round, but if they do Atlante, winners of the 2007 Mexican Apertura Championship await in the group stages. Joining them is either CD Olímpia or CD Marathon from Honduras and either the Canadian champion or Nicaraguan champion.

If the Revs do end up facing Atlante, it'll be interesting to see if the bad blood from their preseason match will spill over...either way, it'll make for some great football!
Good point. I think the Revs got fairly lucky with this draw. Atlante didn't show well in the CONCACAF Champions Cup earlier this year and are certainly not the top Mexican team in this tournament.
